Process Development
We undertake custom development of client's processes from preliminary research findings or at any later stage through to commercial reality. This work is carried out in our purpose built Technology Centre in Stockton-on-Tees situated in the North East of England. Here we are equipped with the latest technology, state-of-the-art laboratories and analytical equipment. We have a highly qualified and experienced staff of 60 investigative chemists and chemical engineers. We are happy to discuss any aspect of the provision of our services on your potential projects.
The ability to scale up chemical processes is a significant feature of our business and we have a long track record of successful projects involving scale up from fume cupboard through Mini-Plants to full scale commercial operation with factors of typically 104 . Our chemists and process engineers are involved from the onset of all our projects utilising both simulated and physical modelling techniques. At all stages we employ scaleable and representative unit operations.
