Pilot Plant Design
Davy Process Technology has a full design, engineering and fabrication team. These skills have been employed to build each of the Mini-Plants and pilot plants in the Technology Centre. This resource is available to partners in collaborative development projects when Mini-Plants are designed, built and operated in our Technology Centre.
Alternatively, clients may decide to use our services for the construction of similar modular plants that may then be taken to their own premises for process development and test work.
The following features are available:

Automated distributed control system (DCS) computer control and data logging.

Full hazard and safety audit - plants built to Zone 2 hazard classification.

Mini process plants for continuous operation at high temperatures and pressures.

Data may be used directly for commercial plant design and very large scale-up factors are possible.

Extensive experience in building and running pilot plants, specialist welding, machining facilities, work in stainless steel, exotic metals & plastics and custom fabrication.
