CRG Processes
Davy Process Technology has the sole management rights to the licensing and continued development of CRG Pre-Reforming Process Technology. CRG systems have been installed in many countries and in a variety of plants. The latest generation of CRG catalysts have addressed the specific needs of a demanding industry and provide greater operating envelopes for today's world scale operations. CRG process technology can provide optimised reformer designs leading to energy and capital savings.
CRG for Gasmaking
CRG process technology converts variable natural gas feedstocks to high energy fuel streams and is used in the production of Substitute Natural Gas (SNG) and other fuel gases. In the HICOM process, CRG process technology allows for the methanation of higher carbon constituents of coal or biomass gasification processes to be efficiently upgraded to SNG fuel streams so that they are suitable for direct combustion or distribution.
CRG Prereforming
New CRG applications are commonly found as the first stage of reforming in many chemical plants and refineries. It is used in the production of:

The ability of CRG catalyst to operate with a wide variety of feedstocks provides added flexibility enabling the operator to take advantage of fluctuating market economics.
