Through the implementation of a management system that includes proactive and reactive elements to promote safe systems of work including an EHS Improvement Plan, a Health Management Review Plan and a comprehensive system of health and safety risk assessments for all activities.
To reduce sickness absence:
By assisting employees to return to work through a number of programmes including the use of external occupational health providers
