Roger joined the Company in 1979 as a Senior Process Engineer with a background in technology development and licensing. After periods in various technology groups within Process Department, he transferred into proposals and marketing functions. With the introduction of the Business Team concept into Davy Process Technology, Roger was given the responsibility of managing the New Products Business Team, which brings together the R&D, engineering and licensing skills of the organisation for the development and commercialisation of new petrochemical processes.
